                                              ASSESSORS METING MINUTES

                                                          MARCH 27, 2012

1:00 P.M.   Called meeting to order. Present: Richard B. Gorden, Paula B. Keefe and  

                   Mark J. Mazur.

      1.         The Board signed a lien release for parcel 69-79 and two partial lien releases for       

                  parcels 58-22-1 and 99-10.

2. The Board granted Fiscal Year 2012 Community Preservation Act Exemptions

             to the owners of the following parcels:

                                                                          Parcel 31-4   

                                                                          Parcel 41-6

                                                                          Parcel 29-3-1

                                                                          Parcel 102-27

3.  The Board discussed a recent Appeals Court decision between Verizon and

 the cities of Boston and Newton.

4. The Board took the following actions on fiscal year 2012 applications for

abatement for the owners of the following parcels:

                                                                        Parcel 68-20 Granted

                                                                        Parcel 92-116 Granted

                                                                        Parcel 32-48 Denied

                                                                        Parcel 101-89 Denied

                                                                        Parcel 77-10 Denied

                                                                        Parcel 131-12 Granted

                                                                        Parcel 4-16 Granted

5. The Board decided to hold their next Board meeting at 1:00 P.M. Monday
